Due to the 'Stay at Home' message from the government, we want to ensure that children of all ages are continuing to remain physically active. To make it easier for both children to be active and for parents to have develop new ideas on how to keep their children active, we have created a range of activities that can be carried out at home. The best things about these games is that they don't require any specialist equipment and that they can be completed in tight/indoor spaces.  So please try and take part in as many games as you can, they are not only good for our physical health but also our mental health, social skills and cognitive learning.
